Pengoro Financial Advisory

2024–2026 · Founded · 2 years · Founder & Managing Director

What it was

Pengoro was the step from selling well to running a company: positioning, service structure, processes, partner network, public presence — all of it set up myself. It was also where I first built and led a sales team of my own: hiring, onboarding, setting targets, sitting in on calls and debriefing them afterwards. In 2026 I wound the company down in an orderly close. Not because it wasn't working, but because the work I'm best at had shifted: away from institutionally tied financial advice, toward project work on sales, networks, and systems I build myself. Closing a company properly is as much a decision as opening one, with the difference that nobody takes it off your hands. The partner network from those years is still active and is now part of what I offer.

What stuck

Closing a company properly takes the same discipline as building one — and says more about a person.
