What it was

Debeka, MLP, my own firm: six years in which I ran over a thousand conversations — with clients, with the junior advisers I trained, and with partners in the network. That is the basis for the only service I offer in finance: knowing who is right for what. Technically I'm out of that field; the read on people in this industry stayed.
